Our Framework

Three Pillars of Compliance.

Our compliance infrastructure is built on three interlocking frameworks — each independently audited and continuously updated to reflect the latest regulatory guidance.

AML Policy

Anti-Money Laundering

Our AML framework exceeds US federal requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act. Every transaction is screened against OFAC, FinCEN, and international sanctions lists in real time before settlement.

KYC Standards

Know Your Customer

All clients undergo rigorous identity verification, beneficial ownership disclosure, and risk classification before any trading relationship is established — in full alignment with FATF guidelines.

FinCEN Registration

Federal Registration

TS Bullion LLC is a registered Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Our registration is current, audited annually, and available for client review on request.

Client Onboarding

KYC Requirements.

All clients must complete our Know Your Customer process before any trading relationship is established. The following documentation is required for full onboarding.

Articles of Association

Share registry and business or occupational license.

Passport Copies

For beneficial owners of the company and all authorized signatories.

Tax Identification

Valid Tax ID number (EIN, RUC, or NIT).

Banking Details

Bank statement or certificate for wiring details verification.

How It Works

Our Compliance Workflow.

Every client relationship follows a defined, auditable compliance workflow — from initial onboarding through to ongoing monitoring and annual review.

Client Onboarding

Full KYC documentation collected — government-issued ID, proof of address, corporate ownership structure, and source of funds declaration.

Risk Classification

Each client is assigned a risk rating (Low / Medium / High) based on jurisdiction, transaction volume, business type, and PEP screening results.

Sanctions Screening

Every transaction is cross-referenced against OFAC SDN lists, EU consolidated sanctions, and UN Security Council designations before execution.

Transaction Monitoring

Ongoing automated monitoring flags unusual patterns, structuring attempts, or threshold breaches — with mandatory SAR filing where required by law.

Record Keeping

All client files, transaction records, and due diligence documentation are retained for a minimum of five years in compliance with BSA requirements.

Annual Audit

Our compliance programme is independently audited each year. Findings are reviewed by senior leadership and remediation is completed within 30 days.
